Driven by current client requests we established our Small Works division in 2011. Staffed by a very flexible, versatile and skilled team, it undertakes projects across all sectors, ranging in values of between £1,000 and £0.5m, ensuring works are delivered within budget, on time and to the highest quality standards.
Working with an expansive range of clients and sectors, the team’s depth of building knowledge, standards, regulation and safety requirements allow them the ability to mobilise the required resources efficiently, ensuring project delivery and excellence is secured.
Established in 1989 with almost 30 years’ experience of specialist painting and decorating projects covering industrial, commercial, leisure, retail, portfolio management and private properties, our Painting Division will confidently manage any decorating scheme.
Projects have included high-end motor manufacturers, hospitals, bridges, office blocks, food manufacturing facilities and even a protected heritage steam engine.
As a Dulux accredited Company, our dedicated team of professional decorators are experienced to work within a wide variety environments and our Project Management Team has extensive knowledge of products, applications and safe access solutions which ensures a quality and long lasting finish.
Joining Hardyman Group in 2010, Draintech delivers a wide range of services within multiple sectors, complimenting and supporting the other Divisions within the Hardyman Group.
Draintech provides a 24hour Emergency and Planned Drain Care and Repair Service across the Midlands including unblocking toilets, sinks, showers and drains, blocked and flooded rainwater systems, CCTV Structural Surveys, Grease Trap Cleansing, Sewer Mapping / Topographical Surveying and installation of new Drainage.
With its origins dating back to 1991 with the formation of Wood Property Maintenance specialising in Structural Repairs, and becoming part of the Hardyman Group in 2012, through dedicated customer service the division has secured contracts with major clients within the Insurance sector resulting in year-on-year growth.
The service delivery team, now based at their dedicated offices in Tamworth, comprise of some of the most experienced Surveyors, Claims Managers and Contracts Managers within the insurance repair sector, and who deliver a seamless claims journey for the Customer and Client.
Covering the full range of perils, from fire, flood, escape of water, subsidence and structural impact damage, we provide a complete fulfilment capability, including damage surveying, asbestos management, drying, cleaning, project management to complete re-instatement, working for many Tier One Insurance Providers and their Loss Adjusting Partners.
